Delete your SeastackSchool account

You can delete your SeastackSchool account yourself at any time, in the app or on the website. It takes effect at once.

Steps

1. Sign in to SeastackSchool, in the app or at seastackschool.com.
2. Open Account (teachers: My teacher account, then My profile).
3. Open Password and account.
4. Under Delete my account, type DELETE and press Delete my account.

A teacher with upcoming booked lessons is asked to cancel those lesson dates first, so no family is left with a lesson that will not happen.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, your profile, your photo, the documents you uploaded, your children’s details (parent accounts), your classes (teacher accounts), your bookings, the ratings you gave or received, your messages and your alerts.

What is kept

Records of payments and refunds are kept as financial records. They show the lesson title, the attendee’s name and the amount, and are no longer linked to an account.

Cannot sign in?

Write to us from the Help page using the email address of the account, and we will delete it for you after confirming the request comes from that address.
